Why Do I Need to Clean My AC Coils?
Your AC's Coils absorb the heat and humidity from your indoor air and the standing moisture becomes a breeding ground for bacteria and mildew. The bacteria and mildew usually make a home on your coils and recirculate the pathogens throughout your home as long as you are running your Air Conditioner.
This also reduces the efficiency of your cooling system as it has to work harder through the clogged coils. Harder work means increased cooling costs reflected in higher FPL bills.

Our certified AC technicians will start by shutting off your Air Handler and the electricity powering your AC. Then, remove the evaporator coils from your AC Handler and professionally clean them safely outdoors away from your family's indoor environment. They are then reinstalled and power is restored. You will turn on your AC and smell crisper, cleaner air.

Why Should I Ozone My Home?

How does the Ozone Air Sanitization Work?
Ozone is composed of three Oxygen Molecules (O3), the 3rd Oxygen atom detaches and attaches itself to the pollutants in the air destroying 99.9% of them on contact at the cellular level. They literally explode! Ozone kills many airborne contaminants including Covid and mold.
Our Air Sanitization Technicians will enter your home for the treatment and set up the high output Ozone machines in your Air Handler and most frequented high traffic area. The home must be vacated of all people, pets and plants.
The machines will sanitize, disinfect and deodorize your space for 4 or 8 hours depending on the need. At the end of your treatment, the technician will return to allow Oxygen in the home to stop the Oxidation process and collect the machines. Your home can be reoccupied after this 30 mins process.
Is Ozone Safe?
Ozone is a natural occurring disinfecting process used in nature. Have you ever hung laundry outside and it smelled fresh and clean after a few hours? Ozone is to thank for that.
Ozone in itself is used as an antimicrobial because it oxidizes cell's surfaces, DNA and RNA. Changing the cell's structure and preventing it from replicating. This process is great for killing germs, bacteria, viruses, odors and fungi but not good for our lungs.
That is why people, plants and pets must be removed before treatment. Ozone is used to do a job and then it is removed from your home, causing no harm to you. It is natural, it is not a chemical and is safe to use. Once Oxygen is reintroduced into your home the entire oxidation process is halted.

Thus destroying 99.9% bacteria and mold at their DNA molecular level. Making them unable to function or reproduce.
